Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the cryptocurrency price, indicator, and related information services (the "Service") provided by MyPosition (myposition.co.kr, the "Site"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Site and its users.

Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

These Terms take effect when posted on the Site or otherwise announced.

The Site may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable law. Any amendment will be announced in advance, specifying the effective date and reason for the change.

Continued use of the Service after an amendment is announced constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 3 (Description of Service)

The Site provides the following services.

· Domestic and international cryptocurrency exchange prices and premium (kimchi premium) data

· Derivatives-related indicators such as liquidation maps, open interest (OI), and long/short ratios

· Economic calendar and related news

· A paid subscription (MyPosition PRO) — features the Site designates as PRO-only, such as the condition screener and footprint chart history

· Other informational content the Site may add from time to time

The content of the Service may change or be partially suspended without prior notice due to operational needs or circumstances at the data providers (exchange APIs, etc.).

Article 4 (User Obligations)

When using the Service, users must not:

1. Copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit content posted by the Site without its consent;

2. Generate abnormal traffic to the server or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Service;

3. Infringe the rights of third parties or violate applicable laws.

Article 5 (Paid Subscription)

MyPosition PRO ("PRO") is a monthly recurring subscription available to logged-in users. The price and included features are shown on the subscription page, and payments are processed by our payment provider (Toss Payments).

The first month is charged on the day you subscribe. After that, the next month is charged automatically to your registered card on the same day each month (or on the last day of the month if that day does not exist).

You may cancel at any time from your Account page. After cancellation no further charges are made, and PRO remains available until the end of the period you have already paid for.

If a renewal charge fails (for example, due to a card limit or a suspended card), the Site retries up to three times at one-day intervals; if all retries fail, the subscription ends. You can change your payment card from your Account page.

If the Site changes the price or the content of PRO, it will notify users of the change and its effective date at least 30 days in advance on the Site or by email. A price increase applies from the next charge only with your consent; if you do not consent, you may cancel your subscription.

PRO extends the Site's informational features. It does not guarantee investment returns and does not provide investment advice.

Article 6 (Withdrawal and Refunds)

If you have not used any PRO-only feature within 7 days of your first payment (or of a renewal payment), you may request a withdrawal by email to the contact address and receive a full refund of that payment.

If you have already used PRO-only features, or more than 7 days have passed since the payment date, withdrawal is restricted due to the nature of digital content under Article 17(2) of the Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. In that case, cancelling your subscription stops future charges.

If PRO is unavailable for 24 consecutive hours or more due to the Site's fault, the Site will refund the unused period on a pro-rata basis or extend your subscription period accordingly.

Refunds are made to the original payment method (card cancellation) and may take 3–7 business days to appear, depending on the card issuer.

If a minor makes a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the guardian may cancel the payment.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

Copyright and other intellectual property rights in text, design, and logos created by the Site belong to the Site operator. Rights to the underlying price and indicator data (from Binance and other exchanges or external API providers) remain with those respective providers.

Article 8 (Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability)

All information provided by the Site is for reference only and does not constitute investment solicitation or advice. Users are solely responsible for any investment decisions made based on this information, and for the outcomes of those decisions. Further details are set out on the Site's separate Disclaimer page.

The Site is not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control, including force majeure, power outages, network failures, or exchange API outages.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute between the Site and a user shall be subject to the jurisdiction determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

These Terms are effective as of July 2, 2026. (Revised October 14, 2026 — added paid subscription and refund articles)
